Our luxury villa has 4 bedrooms (2 Master bedrooms, a further double and a twin), 3 bathrooms and will sleep 8 comfortably. All on one level it is accessible to all ages.
The villa is in a cul-de-sac of 12 houses all overlooking a preservation area making it a quiet place to come back to at the end of a day out. Outside there is a south facing pool and deck area with loungers for your use. The pool and deck area gets the sun from morning until sundown. If you love outdoor dining, you can cook on the gas BBQ, and sit at the outside dining table and chairs.
The indoor areas are air conditioned with fans in all rooms.
Our villa is situated on Lake Wilson Preserve, which is a small exclusive Mediterranean style development, close to the Reunion, Champions Gate and Disney golf courses. We are about a 10 minute drive to Disney's major theme parks and a short distance from Kissimmee. The Universal theme parks and Sea World are about 20 minutes away, so this is an ideal spot for your vacation or holiday.
We have an excellent management company Sequoia Villa Services who live on site at Lake Wilson, so any problems or queries can be quickly and easily dealt with.
